When you submit an enquiry via our website forms or WhatsApp, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if provided), project location and project description. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you have requested.
Your contact details and project information are used to respond to your enquiry, provide a fee quotation, coordinate the engineering services you require, and maintain records related to the project. We do not sell, share or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to provide services or as required by law.
We retain project-related information for a period consistent with professional engineering and statutory requirements in Singapore. Enquiry data for projects that do not proceed is retained for no longer than 12 months.
